Renowned for her enticing ability to create the perfect song through combining existing tracks is why she is currently known as the ‘Mash Up Queen’ although Nana’s new track “Odo” proves she has way more to offer musically.
“Odo” is the first single taken from Nana’s upcoming EP entitled ‘RNBW’ due for release next year. The track exemplifies smooth tones of rhythmic melodies with lyrics that conveyNana’s song writing capabilities.
Nana states: I wrote the song shortly after I got out of a relationship where I felt that we were not progressing and there were more bad times than good. I eventually made the decision to leave the relationship in a hope to realise happiness whether it was with someone else or just being single at that time”. “Mad Over You” was the mash up track that really catapulted Nana onto the music scene. Accumulating over 1 Million views within its first month the Ghanaian/Netherland resident expanded her fanbase effortlessly – with the likes of Michael Dapaah and Universal Music all taking a shine to this 23-year-old.
Falling in love with music very early on in her childhood; Nana grew up within a very musical family with all of her siblings also pursuing music. Bar taking inspiration from them she was also heavily influenced by artists such as; Bob Marley, Lauryn Hill and Daddy Lumba.
Already off to an incredible start the singer/songwriter has already worked with a few exciting artists/producers within the UK such as; Mr Eazi, HE3B and Reuben Isaac (electronic). She was also recently featured on a track (Chorus) with footballer Memphis Depay thus confirming her incredible talent that has already been foreseen!

I want to encourage everyone to be themselves and be comfortable in their own skin with no limits. Be your own ‘Kryptonite’, strip yourself of the facade. In the video you see me dressing up in a glam look, but also very comfortable with shaven hair, ice and casual clothes. I’m living the best of both world, I’m a 2-in-1 baby!”
